That is simply not for me. I don’t “blend” well with others. I am not like you and you are not like me. So I celebrate my differences, I point out my individual qualities, I use what I have.
The truth is, being like everyone else is a low balling goal, if that’s your goal, you don’t belong here.
Yep, I said it. You do not belong here if you want to be like Jessica Simpson. Or if you want to be like Britney Spears, you’re on the wrong site. You should go to www.lemming.com – I don’t know where that’ll take you, but you certainly won’t find what you’re looking for here.
If however, you aspire to be a singer that’s world famous and charts her own path, this is your place to be.
Fitting in is not a mouthygirl’s forte. We just find it impossible to conform.
Who Said I Wanted to Fit In?
I don’t and you shouldn’t either. A very high percentage of women have become gold digger Stepford wives. What ever happened to making your own money and rules?
We fought so hard for freedom and individuality in the 60′s, fought every governing body there was so that we could say what we wanted, do what we wanted and no one would say a damn thing.
Now everyone is doing the same damn thing. Driving the SUV with the four kids and going to soccer practice, ballet, piano lessons.
Um do your kids know the kids in the neighborhood Miss Soccer Mom? Does he do anything but “extracurricular activities” and video games? What happened to playing till the streetlights go on?
What are you trying to prove? That your life is better because you look and act like the people on TV? They’re actors. They’re pretending, even they know it’s not real life.
So to those women in the world who buck conformity and reject complacency, welcome to MouthyGirl.com – great minds think alike.
All I can say is I am so on the same page! I thought I was a lost breed. It seems lots of ppl in the real world have turned into stepfords…hehe… good to know I’m not the only one who feels that way.
Not at all, and I think as time moves forward and MouthyGirl begins to reach more mouthygirls like us, I think we’ll find the Stepfords are in fact the minority and MouthyGirls the majority, we just need to unite.

Im hooked! You nailed it on the head. I call them simple minded sheep, or Barbies if Im in a good mood.
I dont understand why women (or people) cant think for themselves. Are they really led along by the ring in their nose? They see something on Oprah and ‘gotta have it!’ They look the same, talk the same, eat the same, drive the same, dress the same, and all I can say is ‘Eeeewwwww’. And isnt it funny, they are so simple minded they actually think that comformity is success. Well, as long as they die with those simple thoughts and not realize what a beautiful life they wasted when its too late to do anything about it.
Until then, I will continue to use them as my inspiration to think for myself and not follow the fads, and always do it differently.

Funny story about the conformists…I work for an investigative agency and one of our private investigators was on surveillance for a client and they were in an upper middle class shopping area – he followed her inside the store and promptly lost her because every female fit the same description. Since surveillance is done from a distance, an investigator doesn’t necessarily see facial features, so they rely on height, weight, hair color, etc to locate a subject…what’s worse is when he was trying to find her vehicle to wait and watch it leave, he went through 12 identical vehicles until he found the right plates…
Sheeple indeed.
