LilMomThatCould inspired me with her Try Something New Saturday to implore you to change one thing today. Something you’ve been trying to stop doing, or to start doing. Change one thing today. My change today is to greatly reduce the amount of sugar I drink in my coffee. So far so good, I’m on my first cup and it has 1/3 the sugar in it that I’m used to.
Next cup we’ll see what I do.
What are you going to change today?
Update: I gave up on coffee on the second cup, it’s just nasty after the first cup is down. So done with coffee and waiting for lunch.
No one but 2ThePoint has chimed in, so I can tell you guys aren’t feeling froggy today….
You could give up reading any other blogs but MouthyGirl. There’s an idea!

Hi Sabrina
Ok, here’s one thing I can start changing from today. Cut down on the late nights. I tend to go to bed REALLY LATE. So from today, I promise to be in by 1am at the latest. We’ll see how that goes, shall we?
take care…

i jsut read it … so I’m chiming in… change something,huh..humm I’m gonna say stop buying coffee andjust start making it here:)
2ThePoint: Does it make you drowsy the next day? That’s a great thing to do, enough sleep is very important to your health. But I’m sure you already knew that or it wouldn’t be something you felt you needed to change. That’s a great change to make. Tell me how it works out for you?
Rachel: It’s never too late to make a comment here girl! We did that too, we were buying Monster Energy drinks though, then I got us a coffee maker and that was great until I broke the stupid carafe. Man. I’m still pissed about that. I miss having coffee here in the morning.
That’s a great change!
Sabrinas last blog post..I Have No Words
Well, I managed to go to bed before 1am – slept for 8 hours which I haven’t done in a short while. Felt more alert this morning. Since it’s Friday, I’ll probably go to bed later, but make it 2am instead of 4
In answer to your question: does it make me feel drowsy? If I have late nights over 3 or 4 days, then yes, but for 1 or 2 days, I’m ok.
I’m a night’er – I tend to work better then, more creative and less censored. Plus I think night-times are magical.
So for now, I’m gonna try going to bed by 2am at the weekends and 1am at weekends. See how it goes.
Thanks for prompting me to make some kind of change

Sorry, that was meant to be 2am at the weekends and 1am on weekdays. You can tell I need more sleep, huh?
