Quick Fix
We all have those days where anything anyone says is going to set us off, and we’ll just blow up and the next asshole that dares cross our path. I’m having one of those days. As I left the convenience store today the clerk says, “Have a great day!” and it was all I could do not to shout back, “DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!”. But it’s not his fault I’m having a bad day.
Not his fault I want to just hit random people as they walk by, just for being within arms reach. Yes, I am indeed grouchy today. At home I’m sure you’re thinking, “Whoa! Calm down killer!”
There’s a great song that captures how I feel today called “Sick and Tired” by Cross Canadian Ragweed…
I am truly sick and tired of being sick and tired. Of course I’m feeling down a lot because my Dad is ill and I recognize that this means I have to get my ass in gear and get back in shape and stay that way if I intend to keep from having a stroke myself (I did smoke for a long time). But as I mentioned yesterday, I’m considering doing some Pole Dancing to get my ass back in shape, plus I don’t think hubby will have any problem with me working out at home. 
I know my Dad will be okay, I know he’ll go back to work and I know he’s already on the path to a healthier lifestyle because he was before this happened. This was quite a scare though.
I’m no spring chicken. I know that the older I get the harder it will be to shed unwanted weight and I bought the Wii Fit as a tool to use to combat poor health, posture and all those other things that come with being out of shape, and must admit sometimes I’d rather blog that box. Correction, most times.
You guys are so patient with me while I piss and moan about my bad mood. So I have a few things to talk about with you that you simply must know about before I get back to work from this lunch break.

I so used this blo gthe other day Dh and I have been going on and on about each other telling the other what to do and how its not cool and it sucks but niether of us are ever meaning to tell the other what to do its just that we have becoem so comfy,idunno, but i have made an effort to watch how i word things and the other day he said something and i flipped around and said with my mean voice “DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO” he was liek wow! he hadnt even noticed the way it came out really did sound like a command. men I tell ya. then we made up:)
