Jessica asked a question in a comment recently on a post I wrote, “Simply Irresistable” linking to female bloggers I read if I had considered linking to the male bloggers I read. And I have, just hadn’t gotten around to it yet, but since she mentioned it, I thought today would be a good time. :)

I’d have to say one of the blogs I read most, The Simple Dollar is about money matters, I’m somewhat anal about our finances and am always eager to pick up a new tip. Great blog and definitely worth adding to your reader.

Another blogger I’ve been reading for a long while is DCR who is a fun writer who is unique and enjoyable every time I visit. DCR was one of Sabrina’s Money Matters first supporters and helped me get a contest up and going last summer for a Gameboy. We go way back like that. :)

One of my all time favorite “Top Bloggers” is Shoemoney, for two reasons, he doesn’t care what people think of the way he writes or what he writes about and because he’s normal, and that’s evident in the way that he writes. He’s not cocky like John Chow is about his success and he will talk to anyone, give advice to anyone. I respect him as a blogger and appreciate what he has to teach.

I read The Brown Baron as well because he always has great tips to share that make my life easier online. He was someone I also started reading when I was writing Sabrina’s Money Matters.

Another blog I read for a long time and recently stopped was JohnCow.com, I started reading this writer when he was behind BobMeetsWorld.com. He recently sold JohnCow.com and has since dropped off the map, but I hope he’ll blog again and when he does, I’ll read it – if I know about it. JohnCow is now written by a company based in Houston, Texas and I still read it from time to time.

One of the guys I follow on Twitter just started a new blog, Pete is funny on Twitter so we can only expect the same from him on his blog right? I look forward to reading his musings as his new site gets off the ground.

Nick, or as I know him on Twitter @kionee also has a blog that I look forward to getting to know…

Those are a few of the other blogs I read, the male blogs I read. I don’t really like to read the techie blogs so much so I think that has a lot to do with the fact that I tend to read more female bloggers than male. I can relate a little easier.

Hope you like them, I dig em and am proud to link to them and recommend them to add to your readers.
