Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

We’ve been making these cookies for a while now and I can’t remember where I got the recipe from but I know I looked up “easy peanut butter cookie recipe” on Google to find it. I made some this weekend, a triple batch so the hubs can take some to work.

I thought I’d be nice and share it with you because it’s so easy and quick and the holidays are coming and this recipe is perfect, cheap and works in short time frames.

What you’ll need:

1 cup Crunchy Jif peanut butter
2/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 8 inch baking pans
measuring cup
Big bowl
Pam or oil

Yields: 10-15 cookies depending on size.

What you’ll do:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees before you start mixing. Use Pam or oil and grease your spoon, bottom of your fork and measuring cup (grease the cup after you’ve put the sugar in the bowl) to make the peanut butter come off much easier.

2/3 cup sugar
one egg into the bowl
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Mix well.

Take a spoonful of batter and place on baking pan at your preferred cookie size. Once finished, take your fork and make cross hatch marks on each cookie before placing in the oven.

Put in the oven for 12-15 minutes, let cool for 10-15 minutes when done.
