Fwd: Forward this or die because I’m tracking it and if you don’t I will find you and make you wish you had! Oh, and you’ll have bad luck for ten years, your dog will get sick, your bird will fly away and your kids will hate you.
Is it just me or are you still getting the same damned Fwd’s that started with the beginning of email? Have I just given my email address out to the wrong people?
What if the offender is in your family, do you tell them to stop it? I’d like to mark them all as spam but that means that eventually Gmail in it’s infinite wisdom will think I hate that person and it won’t let me have any of their emails.
Note to self: Set up a rule that sends anything starting with Fwd:Fwd: to trash?
Time for all this to stop. Fwd to someone if you agree. 
What is the worst Fwd you’ve gotten? Have you ever told someone to stop emailing them to you? How’d you do it and what was their reaction?
It just makes me think of jr high days when we used to pass those forwarded notes around. We believed in voodoo spells back then. My favorite was the microscopic alien humping your finger. HAH

i go to http://www.snopes.com, find the rumor, hit reply ALL, and paste what snopes says about it. usually it only takes a couple of times doing that before they start checking FIRST before forwarding. it’s rather embarrassing to have one of your recipients tell EVERYONE else how wrong you are. and i’m nice about it, i always say something like, so sorry, hate to disappoint, but this is false. i give the link and say you should always check snopes before forwarding.
I love snopes.com as I’ve done the same thing before.
Lately most of the email Fwds I get however are religious in nature, I know they’re trying to save my soul and all but geez.

@Rubyo I don’t remember that particular alien but that reminds me of a drinking game that I used to play where inevitably one of the rules would be that you had to take a little man off your drink before you drank and put him back on after you’re done and if you forget, you have to drink more. A very successful game but for some reason I’m having difficulty remembering the name and other details of the game…
Anyone have any clue what that game was? I remember now how much fun it used to be…and how trashed I would get
